    CANT ACCESS SETTINGS ON THE XBOX APP


    When in try to go into settings the app just closes itself!

    what should i do????

    xbox problems

    i cant access my settings app and the home screen only shows my games and apps he right side bar thats it and cant fully connect to the internet.

    Questions about the Preview Program & EA access hub app

    Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. I can pin the app but not download. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app? Also I
    cant get into the preview program forums.

    Solution 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps

    Solution 2: Check for apps and games from Windows Store

    Click this

    and perform the steps provided.





    Solution 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app

    1. Type Windows Powershell in the search box.
    2. Right click Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
    3. Copy and paste the following command: get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-appxpackage
    4. Press Enter.

    Restart your Windows 10 device to refresh and sync all changes made. Then, download and install the Xbox app

    3. Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
    4. Access the Xbox app and check if it now works correctly.

    I cannot access anything on my dashboard.

    I am having the same exact issue. i cant access anything. i get the same error code, cant get to my setting, friends, games and apps, cant even open up black ops 3. this needs fixed asap.my xbox is a vegetable until then.
