    Cant access recently purchased game


    I recently purchased and installed rocket league from the xbox store. It has successfully downloaded onto my xbox one but unfortunately it is not allowing me to play this particular game. I am receiving an error code telling me i either need to connect to
    xbox live (which i have) or to insert a disc if i have one (which i dont). Please can you help me resolve this issue as i am disappointed. Thank you.

    Purchased add on and cant access it?

    I recently purchased Forza 3 and then at the weekend purchased the Hot Wheels add on. However, I now cannot go from the Hot Wheels demo page to actually play it. Can anyone explain how I can access to play?

    Recently purchased game Cant download

    I just came back from shopping and bought 1200 miscrosoft points as soon as i went online i bought warhammer 40,000 kill team and the add on for world of keflings. the world of keflings add on has donwloaded fine then when i was downloading kill team it
    got to 99% then said cant download so i switched my xbox off and went to download it again but only to find out that it says buy 800 and not download again so i went back to my homepage only to notice that i have only got 80 points were as when i bought kill
    team i had 880 which means that ive paid for kill team but its saying that i still need to so microsoft have taken my points so that i can download it but for some reason i says i still need to pay Cant access recently purchased game :mad: if anyone knows why this is happening plz message me

    If you have accessed the game through GamePass it was recently removed. You will have to purchase the game to keep playing it.

    If it is your home xbox, and you've been online in the last 24 hours or so to ensure the "online check" has been completed, you should be able to use your content.
