    Can't access realm I am paying for


    Was playing my Realm on Minecraft yesterday. It is a realm I made and am paying for. No other individual has played on it. My account is set on adult in the privacy settings. Playing on XBox One. I am getting this message:"You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp." This problem has happened before. I have reset my Xbox, closed the game and restarted it and still not letting me play my Realms. It will show up randomly and I can't play for a while then all of the sudden it will let me again, randomly. How can I fix this? No other fixes I have read have worked yet. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, from there please make sure that the settings on this screenshot that has an arrow are set to "allow" or "everyone".

    If it's already set to "allow" or "everyone", please check if you have an active Xbox live gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. An Xbox Live Gold subscription is required to play an online multiplayer game such as Minecraft. To check follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    Is it a realm? Or a world hosted on someones console? If it's on the console, the Xbox would need to be left on and the world opened in Minecraft and running to allow others to access it. If it's a Realm, then that is a subscription and the user would
    have to continue to pay that cost to keep the Realm hosted and accessible. That person who owns the realm would be able to manage permissions for people who have access and who do not. Are you in contact with the owner of the world/realm?

    If I pay for both a 10 person and a 2 person realm (2 separate realms) can they both be open and active simultaneously?

    I should have been more specific in Original Post. I am considering purchasing 2 individual Minecraft Realms, one a 10 person accessible as well as a separate 2 person accessible Realm. I already have a 10 person realm that is active but I am trying to figure out if I also purchase the 2 person accessible realm if both can be open and accessible to my members or if there can only be 1 active at a time.
