    can't access profile -disconnected from xbox live on this console- Xbox 360


    My brother mucked up my settings and now I can't access my profile.

    Error message:" Sorry this profile can't connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it download it again"

    The problem is we forgot the original email address or password. so we can't download our profile.

    (The profile says 6160 G Hard Drive)

    Does anyone know how to get around this?

    Backwards compatibility question

    Hi, so I downloaded NBA Jam Fire Edition on my Xbox One. So I launched it and it said disconnected from Xbox Live using the 360 titles, then when I was in the game I tried to sign into my Xbox Live it showed the 360 login screen which I selected to sign in and said sorry this profile can't connect to the Xbox live on this console. Now I just wondering if you are able to sign in for the backwards compatible games or its just you as a continue without save thing. Sorry just was able to find an answers for this. Thanks for any help!

    Disconnected from Xbox Live. Profile signed in elsewhere

    I am randomly being disconnected from Xbox LIVE and a message keeps on saying "Disconnected from Xbox Live. Profile signed in elsewhere" Then i sign in and it says "**MY GAMERTAG** was last signed in on another console" It seems that someone is trying to
    access my account on another Xbox 360. I really need help as i can barley play online as i keep on being disconnected and i dont want to be hacked. Please help because i cannot find any answers on the whole of the the internet.

    Hi,

    first you should clear the cache of the console and restart it.

    Then download your profile and ignore the messages like 'disconnected from Xbox live' or 'can't connect to Xbox live'.

    Sorry, but are you trying to sign into your profile on your Xbox 360 console? Are you trying to download your profile? Not sure what you mean by "Can't access my profile on Xbox LIVE."

    How can I access a backwards compatible game with my current profile?

    Every time I try to play the game it goes through the usual title cards and credits but a notification appears on the screen that says I am disconnected from Xbox Live. Which I don't have so that makes sense. Then when I press start to play the game the old Xbox 360 profile select screen appears and displays our old 360 profiles. I click on my profile and after a moment of loading an error message pops up saying

    "Xbox Live

    Sorry, this profile can't connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it, download it again."

    But when I go to download it I can't because I no longer have access to the needed information to sign into that Microsoft account to verify what I need to verify so that I can download the profile.
