Can't Access Profile, Can't View Friends List, Can't Join Parties

Discus and support Can't Access Profile, Can't View Friends List, Can't Join Parties in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It's been this way for a day now. No official announcement?     Can't Access Profile, Can't View Friends List, Can't Join Parties


    It's been this way for a day now. No official announcement? Or am I looking in the wrong spot? You'd think it would be a sticky on the forums here.

    I can't invite anyone to anything because the friends list is inaccessible.. What's going on here? A response would be helpful. Fixing it would be better.

    need help please

    I am unable to join parties or send messages and I also can't see my friends list on my xbox. This started when I was suspended but it has well been over 24 hours and I still can't join parties or send messages. I am also unable to view my friends profiles.
    Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

    Dude, I wish I was having that issue.

    I am having an issue where I CAN'T EVEN SEE MY FRIENDS LIST! Meaning, I can't invite friends to my games, can't invite them to parties, and I can't even join them assuming my friend's list won't load.

    @KenH2k4 I need access to the forums so I can post my issue.

    Everyone is having the same problem

    According to xbox support, the system is down. Cant access any social content even by computer.

    There is an Xbox Live Service Alert for Social aspects on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It has been going on for along time and everyone is experiencing it. It is not just you. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Check up on the Xbox Live Service Alert for updates.

    Having the same problem, I am in living in Greece and for the past 2 days I haven't been able to join or invite friends to play online GTA V and if I do mange to, half way through a mission etc our game freezes and we all get kicked out. As we all PAY to
    PLAY online, these issues should be fixed or at least Micosoft should give us all some explanation, instead of HIDING..... Fix it Quickly, I Miss My Xbox Friends!!!!!!

    Same crap is happening to me. I thought it would JUST be me too HA. I really hope I am reimbursed for my wasted xbox live time. I rarely get to play... So when I do have time to play between school and work, this is the inconvenience that is thrown in my
    face?? No.

    I first noticed I couldn't access my friends through smartglass for XB1, then i noticed it physically happening to my xbox. I can't see my friends (friends app tells me "Can't show freinds right now"); when I visit xbox.com, I can't even view my profile
    without the glitch page showing up; and I can't even access my friends on smartglass. What the hell is going on, Microsoft? I know you're getting a *** ton of flak right now for this, so please get it together. Patience was key yesterday, now I'm just fed
    up. I'd like to talk to my friends.
