    Can't access product


    I recently bought V-Bucks from the Microsoft Store instead of using Epic Games on PC (where I usually play on) because I thought it was going to be easier since I already had spare money in my Xbox account balance. I don't use my Xbox anymore so I didn't
    get Xbox Live Gold, so when I opened Fortnite on Xbox, I obviously need Xbox Live Gold. I checked on my PC and logged into Fortnite there and noticed that I didn't have the V-Bucks that I payed for and I realized the I needed to login fully in into the Fortnite
    Main Menu on my Xbox to receive the product, but like I said before, I couldn't due to the fact that I dont have Live Gold. Can somebody help me?

    (I've already contacted Epic Games for this.)

    They shouldn't be allowed to let me buy a product which I can't Access. I bought Minecraft with my Microsoft Account. Now it's suddenly connected to XBOX live and I can't access it.

    This entire thread has been about determining if it's a "feature" or simply a side effect of the digital age that's not intended.

    MS has a policy in place for the access and usage of another product, their policy allows you to do what you've posted. When you read the products (games) policy for the access and usage of their product it's not a feature, it's a loophole.

    You have two or more companies involved in this "feature" and you can't choose to follow only the policies you like and make it a "feature".

    Definitely got to be patient. I can't access the "Private Forums" yet, but still took about 24 hours to get my "Product Key". So just be patient everyone.

    Can't stay in the lobby for more then 5 minutes without getting disconnected from server.

    I keep getting disconnected in 30 seconds or less. Can't even play Titanfall anymore.

    I'll be talking to microsoft support about it.

    Will see if it is possible for a refund for the digital version.

    Can't access the servers and requires online connection.

    Paid for a product I can't even play.
