Can't access privacy settings

So recently i've been playing halo infinite and i wanted to create a custom game but my settings didn't allow it. When i tried to change my privacy settings, it keeps telling me that i can't because i'm not the admin in the family. But when i did used the admin account i still couldn't change it. So the next thing i did was to remove the account from the family, but even then it doesn't work. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Maybe your account's getting recognized as a Child (younger than 18 years old)?

Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.

Hi!

The best option is to double-check your account's Date of Birth by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Calculate the DOB to the present time and if it makes your account younger than 18, the account is a Child. Otherwise, it's an Adult.

Only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.

I don't think so...last time I checked, it wasn't set to being a child
