    Can't Access Privacy Settings


    Everytime I try and open my xbox settings I get redirected to the page https://beta.support.xbox.com/...I have had this issue quite literally since the day I got my xbox account
    and I can't figure out a way to access the settings to change it.

    Maybe your account's getting recognized as a Child (younger than 18 years old)?

    Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.

    Hi!

    The best option is to double-check your account's Date of Birth by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Calculate the DOB to the present time and if it makes your account younger than 18, the account is a Child. Otherwise, it's an Adult.

    Only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.
