    Can't access privacy settings on Xbox


    Hello.

    I am trying to allow multiplayer to be played on my Minecraft account because it will not allow me to do it. I was told that I should be able to do it through my Xbox Privacy setting but unfortunately I can't access them. Whenever I try to enter my privacy settings for my Xbox account I get redirected to this website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one. I clearly do not understand. I am over 18. What should I do?

    Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.

    Hi!

    The best option is to double-check your account's Date of Birth by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Calculate the DOB to the present time and if it makes your account younger than 18, the account is a Child. Otherwise, it's an Adult.

    Only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.
