    Can't access preview program - Please help!


    I received a message from Xbox Support (or whoever sends the messages on behalf of Xbox) telling me that I was invited into the program and to download the app. When I open the app it tells me that my system is already registered to another account. I called
    Xbox support and they said the system is registered to my account. They also told me to make a post here to get help joining the program. Please help and thanks!

    I'm having the same issue as those above. However I can't access the private forum and when I try to go on the Preview app it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview program members only". Please help

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

    Hey mate,

    Please post these preview program issues, into the preview program forum :) that way you'll get the support agents who are working on the preview program support, who'll be able to help you further
