    Hi, I'm trying to report a few bugs on the new experience and I can't acess any of the preivew forums, saying "group not found".

    Can't access Preview forums

    I was told by a chat support agent to post in this forum so here I go.

    I've been a preview program/xbox insider member for over 2 years now and am opted in to the latest updates but I can not access the Preview forums to post or ask any questions. When I click on the Insider forum link in the "all about the xbox insider program"
    page it redirects me to the front page of the regular forums. Please help.

    I can't access the preview program forums even though I'm in the program. Can a moderator grant me access please, thanks.

    Hi TehDashie,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    i have a problem accessing the dashboard after the update to the new dashboard it is giving me and error 0x80070490 and i cant find the forum as well

    I cant get to the forums either. This latest update from last night I HATE it and want to know how to undo it. Its absolutely terrible!!!but cant access the forum to find out grrrr

    I have been a member for a few months and have not been able to access to the forums. And now that I have the new ui update, im having a lot of problems that I can't look into because of the no access.

    They no longer are being used. If you had read the sticky post everything has been moved to Reddit and the sub reddit r/xboxinsiders.
    I didn't know that because I can't see the sticky either, the whole forum is inaccessable and invisible to me.
