    Can't access Preview Forum


    Hi, I've been inside the Xbox One preview program for a couple of weeks now and I still don't have access to the Preview forums. Is there something I have to do first before I get access even though I'm already enrolled in the preview program?

    Can't access Preview forums

    I was told by a chat support agent to post in this forum so here I go.

    I've been a preview program/xbox insider member for over 2 years now and am opted in to the latest updates but I can not access the Preview forums to post or ask any questions. When I click on the Insider forum link in the "all about the xbox insider program"
    page it redirects me to the front page of the regular forums. Please help.

    Same here. Every time I try, I get the "Group not found" error.

    Yeah, but I saw some older posts were people asked about this and then they got a response saying they would be added manually. I was hoping they were still doing that but seeing as I didn't get response yet I'm not going to have my hopes up...

    Hey guys, your thread should be checked on by support staff eventually. The older threads are checked up on first, so you'll just need to be patient while support staff get to this thread and give you access to the forums.

    xbox support told me to post here im in the program but xbox support said but i have not acepted the message i never got any message my friends keep sending a request it tells me ill here from Microsoft with in 72 hours on xbox i never get the message i

    They no longer are being used. If you had read the sticky post everything has been moved to Reddit and the sub reddit r/xboxinsiders.
    I didn't know that because I can't see the sticky either, the whole forum is inaccessable and invisible to me.
