    Can't access preview forum or preview dashboard


    Last Tuesday I received the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard. It installed fine and I registered my Xbox One. Approximately on Thursday I checked the app and it said I was enrolled. I still haven't received the updated dashboard and I can't
    access the preview forum.

    Updated to the new dashboard and now none of my apps work. Can't post in the preview forums access says I don't have access yet I'm in the preview program.

    The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

    As a side note, if you cannot access the preview forums be aware that you must enrol your xbox into the latest preview even if you were previously enrolled into the earlier previews, if you launch the Xbox Preview dashboard app, select the registration option
    and enrol for the latest xbox experience preview then once the Xbox is enrolled you should be able to access the preview forums.

    Based on what you are saying, it sounds like you were invited, accepted, and downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. If you are having any issues then you will want to post in the Preview Program Support forums so the preview support team
    can help you out with whatever issue you are having. If you can't access the preview forums, then reply back so the Xbox Support team can grant you access once they verify your acceptance.
