    Can't access party chat on Xbox One


    Hello,

    I've recently tried to join one of my friends xbox party. It gave me error code 0x87DD0013 and said that party chat is blocked and I need to go to online safety settings. So I went to online safety settings and party chat wasn't blocked. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

    About XB1 Backward Compatibility

    You should be able to use in game chat but you can't access private or party chat. You go straight into the 360 game and can't access the mini-guide because the Xbox button takes you back to the One dashboard.

    Check the steps in Error code 0x87DD0013. Xbox Live may have had an issue or you need to restart your console and/or your network hardware to reestablish the connection.

    us to use Skype which is why it's going to be a key feature in Xbox One.
