    my account got suspended and I can’t access online to Xbox enforcement website and I can’t get online and play and also I’m suspended from communication and messages

    Cannot recover account to cancel subscription

    I’ve called numerous times each time is without account access they can’t help me. Of course we can’t gain recovery of account so they can’t access anything without the codes they send. So back to my bank to ask them to take it further now. I’m fuming they’re quick to stop access to accounts but don’t stop subscriptions knowing full well you can’t use the account! Disgusting tbh.

    I understand the frustration, but you may want to review the statement here:

    “ Customer support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. They don’t have access to enforcement details. Keep reading for info on how to inquire about your current suspension.”
