cant access myservice.xbox.com

tried it loads of times and just keep getting This page can’t be displayed

I also ran a ping from the cmd window and it says request timed out

any help as I would like to check the status of my xbox repair order

I recently purchased Forza 3 and then at the weekend purchased the Hot Wheels add on. However, I now cannot go from the Hot Wheels demo page to actually play it. Can anyone explain how I can access to play?

same here except im waiting for my actual xbox one console to be repaired and sent back, stuck playing windows 8 games

Yes I have tried Internet Explorer and Chrome. Settings mobile and desktop. Problem still here!

 

Me too I have tried Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1, Firefox and my mobile phones internet browser, still nothing, even went to my mates house and tried it there no good

 

The problem is still here. Tried on mobile on tablet on iphone on desktop on tablet. The site doesnt work for days now!

 

still... down all weekend is a joke considering such a big company, lets just hope the actual Xbox repair service is more reliable than their website

 

Its down again. And this whole website is slow compared to other sites.

I cant check my status again...................

 

Typical need to send my XO Kinect for repair/replacement and the site is down and the rest of the site is slow, tried IE/Chrom/FireFox/. I wish MS would put a post/announcement in forums to let people what is going on.
