    Can't access my xbox privacy settings.


    Hi, I recently started playing Sea of Thieves again, but I've noticed that i can't hear other players during the game(not even my own crew). Now when i try to access my privacy settings in the xbox app/site It won't let me and just sends me back to this
    page: https://support.microsoft.com/nl-nl/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings , even when i press the link to the xbox settings on there it just refreshes the page and nothing happens....

    Please help..

    How long have you been experiencing this issue?

    When was the last time that you were able to play the game without any problems?

    I would first suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game. (see link below)

    Uninstall Xbox One Games or Apps


    Once you've reinstalled it. Let us know if that helped!

    Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.
