Can't access my Xbox live rewards page

As stated in the pop-up on the website, Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region. Therefore, you cannot and did not register into the program. Registrations for your region have been disabled since the end of March.

Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you cannot access the Xbox Live Rewards page.

If you son can't access that page, it is likely that he's account was banned from Xbox Live, as the Xbox has stated. I don't know if you have an Xbox Live profile, but if you don't, it wouldn't be possible to access the Xbox Enforcement page.

I can't access the account page on my xbox because I am not connected to xbox live. I do not know the password to my old email account. I don't know how I am going to change my gamertag to the account I want without being able to access the account page.
