Dear Support

Can't access my XBox Live Rewards Account; follow directions, takes me to the page, signs me in, then the page finishes processing signs me out, and takes me to the XBox Live Rewards Homepage. TIA

Still waiting for my 30.000 points

i still didnt get my 30k points transferred to my Xbox account in 30 euro or to my Microsoft rewards account since Xbox rewards ended. Still waiting for my points/money and now I can't access my account because Xbox rewards ended. Please help

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

That's usually a temporary issue that fixes itself after about 30 minutes or so. If not, you'll also want to try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

They shouldn't be allowed to let me buy a product which I can't Access. I bought Minecraft with my Microsoft Account. Now it's suddenly connected to XBOX live and I can't access it.

you shouldn't change the country of your account to access rewards if you don't live in that country. If rewards is not available where you live there's a reason. Even if you change account region, you may not be able to use the rewards points.

As stated in the pop-up on the website, Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region. Therefore, you cannot and did not register into the program. Registrations for your region have been disabled since the end of March.
