Cant access my Xbox live account on Xbox one?

I cant access my live account to get on multiplayer on my xboxone?? I have a current subscription but, but it keeps telling me I needs to buy live, to access multiplayer??

Xbox Live is free.

You can make a Gold account, or a Silver account.

The Gold account gives you access to access to play online, along with free monthly games and weekly deals. This has a fee.

The Silver account gives you access to Xbox Live and apps, but you just can't play online or get the free games. This is free.

 

I am having the same issue as you. I talked with support last night and there was not a way to fix it through their methods. They said it is probably a server issue and it will be fixed in 24-48 hours.

 

While the Xbox One is turned on, if you press and hold the power button on the console itself (not the controller), that will do a hard power off. Wait about 30 seconds and then power it back up with the power button on the console. That should fix the issue.

Happened to me too. Second time (first during the day long Live outage). Wish they would fix whatever is causing it.

 

Hard reset was the first thing I tried but it did not fix the issue.

 

Sorry... I had the same problem last night and will still happening this morning and a hard reset fixed mine. Hope yours gets fixed soon.

 

I spoke to support also, and basically they have no idea why this is happening!! They cancelled my subscription, and gave me a code for one month free, but I kept getting an error code when I tried to use it. In the end I have to look for the free month
subscription offer that you can choose when you try to buy live gold through your xbox one. That seems to of worked. I will have to renew my subscription once this runs out, and hope they have solved the problem.
