    Can't access my xbox account due to forgotten email


    I had my xbox account (MinExplod) saved on a USB that I had bought gold on. I bought gold around the start of this month or last month now my dad accidentally took the USB and formatted it because he could not see the data on it and he needed to store something
    and my profile got deleted and now I don't remember the email address or any other details other than my password please help I would really appreciate it I would not like to buy another gold and let atleast 10 more months go to waste

    EA account is linked to the wrong email

    My EA account is linked via a wrong email to my gamertag. I can't access this email as i have forgotten all the details as it was made ages ago quickly to play Fifa now i can't access any of my details because i can't log into EA and their customer support
    is appalling. Is the any chance xbox live can unlink the account from that email and link it the email that is used to connect to xbox live? please help !!

    You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the account they can get you the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    I had to do a Console reset due to the new update, And i've lost my main account! I only have my seperate account on my console. Is there any way to get it back?

    You just need to go into 'add new' account and download it with the email and password, however if you have forgotten the email, you would need to contact official Xbox support staff to try getting that info back.

    If you forgot the password, you can reset it at any Microsoft sign in page by selecting can't access account
