Can't access my Settings

This morning, Iike every other morning since i got my Xbox one, i humored myself telling (more like yelling) my Xbox to "turn on" and after two tries it does. I tried to give it a couple more verbal commands but they didn't work. Even saying "xbox" to make
it "listen" didnt work so i tried to go into Setting, thinking all i had to do was to calibrate the audio again. But instead i get this:

For some reason Setting to too long to start. (0x8027025a)

So now I can't into my Settings and my voice commands don't work. It still signs me in whenever I sit or stand in front of it, so my Kinect is still somewhat functional, but i just have no idea how to fix this.

Can't access my Account settings

A new security update is out and I can't sign into my XBL account without verifying my original email address. This is an issue because I made that email address specifically for the XBL account and the only way i can retrieve that is through the account
settings which I can't access until I verify the email address I can't remember. I'm planning on buying an xbox one after christmas and will want to carry my account over from my 360 but I need this sorted before hand because it's how i watch netflix and now
TV

 

This has happened to me in the past. Please hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should fix the issue with the sensor.
