    Can't access my Privacy & Online Safety


    Hello,

    ever since I made this Microsoft account back in February, I haven't been able to access my "Privacy & Online Safety" to change some settings. Every time I click it, it keeps bringing me back to the "Family & Online Safety" page and never lets me go to the new page. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

    You can access your Online Safety Settings on various devices. Here's how to access them on the web:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.
    Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).
    Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

    If your account is a child account you can't access the setting because only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.
