Can't access my online gaming data

Hi

I was wandering if someone could me please.

I've gone to play on my console tonight and when I tried both Titanfall 2 and FIFA 17, neither of them would allow me to play online.

The message that comes just states that there is a problem getting my data, and then refers me to either wait and try again later or to play off-line.

I have checked my sign in settings are all correct and I have also checked my internet connection, and all are fine, so I would be really grateful if someone could offer a solution to this problem please.

Can't play games on the network

i can't access any online gaming, nor can I play any game that requires an online connection. I'm connected to the internet and I can use Hulu, Sling, etc. As an example, I can play NBA 2K15, it just won't connect to the server. When I try to play 2K17,
I get a message that says "syncing data. Please try again momentarily."

Profile Accidentally deleted and can't access game data

I deleted my profile on accident and now i can't access my data and I was wondering if i have to start over because i can't access my game files.

Hey will -

If you haven't yet, let's have you try >>removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console<<
first. Then hold down the power button for about 10 seconds and add your account back and try again.

If you remove permission you will lose access to the online features of the game as it can't retrieve your online data, having a Microsoft account and use it on any Xbox game as Forza means that you have an Xbox live account

Save game data can be transferred between consoles, but NOT between accounts. So you can't give you save to another gamertag, but you can move your gamertag to another console, and then be able to access that data. (some games will allow it, but you won't
unlock any achievements)

As DC said, your MP data is stored online, so that will go where ever your gamertag does

I preordered using the deluxe online, but cannot find my access to beta on my screen I get sent to the store and then told I can't access the game yet.
