Can't Access my Old Account and Can't Live Chat

So I am trying to live chat on the support but it isn't letting me? The name boxes are greyed out, and yes I have used multiple browsers to try and make this work.

My problem is I had to make a new account because I couldn't remember all my answers to get my old account back. So I want to know if there is a way I can live chat someone so I can get this all taken care of, or a phone number so I can call. Also I need
to know the times that these services are available.

hi can't access my account haven't been able to for well over a week. No one from online chat support can help me.

I've verified and updated all my account info. I cleared all cache data and deleted the old profiles and I still can't redownload my profile!

I'm paying for live and I can't using it keep getting passed around getting really fed up now

My dad changed credit cards so my xbox live was not renewed this time around and in order to do so I have to sign into the account. Problem is that the email is no longer active so I cannot get a password reset and recovering it by sending Microsoft account
info hasn't worked either. I would simply like to switch over this account onto a new email where I know the password and can renew my membership, but have no clue how, any help?

 

If you're already signed in on xbox.com. When you go to the Support resources and choose Chat with Microsoft, you won't be able to type in your name as it will auto detect the account you already signed in on the website. Just fill out the issue description
and you should be all good.

Now, with regards to recovering the account. Support will still direct you to proceed with the online recovery. They need to get the ticket number for that online recovery form that you filled out. Its a nine digit ticket number. Aside from that, you need
to have access to the old console where the account was last signed in or downloaded. They need to get the Console ID.

 

You can also try to recover the account by first resetting your account online by going to
account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx and if you are unable to reset the password on the account, you can just click on the "I don't have any of these" options on the page to redirect you
the account recovery page.
