Can't access my Minecraft account after getting hacked

As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you purchased the game. If you purchased it from Microsoft store, you may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Games that was purchased on Microsoft account are bound to the account, this means that it cannot be deleted or transferred to a different account even intentionally.

If you don't see Minecraft in your purchase history, this means that you used a different Microsoft account when you initially purchased the game.

If you are certain that you purchased the game in the correct Xbox account but it's not showing, I recommend that you submit a ticket directly to Minecraft support so you can be guided by Minecraft specialists to verify your account ownership.

I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

Somebody hacked the gmail, and swapped the main gmail on minecraft account to unknown, so I don't have access to minecraft account.

you know that one of my friends got premium minecraft account with email access when minecraft accounts were hacked in 2020 and now he has a cape and 50$ rank 😭
