    Can't access my messages on Xbox.com


    Hi. I was instructed by Microsoft Xbox support to post my problem here as they exhausted their efforts and were unsuccessful in helping me. 3 weeks ago I received a 1-week communications ban which is now over. Since then I am unable to view my Xbox Live
    messages on xbox.com. I get an error message of: "An error has occurred. Please try again later". The support rep also submitted a report on their end about it. Any ideas on what I can do?

    messages on xbox.com. I get an error message of: "An error has occurred. Please try again later". The support rep also submitted a report on their end about it. Any ideas on what I can do?

    Xbox.com browser messages not working

    My browser message on xbox.com is frozen and only is showing a loading symbol. Can't access messages on xbox.com.

    Are you able to view your Live messages on your console, or through the Xbox app on your Windows/Mac machine?

    Hi iTojoTi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    There are multiple reports in regards to the said error for now there is no official announcement yet but in the meantime please try from time to time.

    I have been having this problem for WEEKS! Below is the message I receive on XBOX.com when I select the "Messages" tab:

    "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later.

    Also, when I click the "Messages" link on my Windows 10 XBOX app, the app just shuts down. This has been going on for TOO LONG! This needs to be fixed ASAP!
