    hi can you help please my friend tried to sign in to his xbox 360 but when he trys to use is email and password it keeps saying that he carnt use it but hes had that xbox from the start and played on it for couple of years now what could be wrong eney help

    Hello warrior, if your friend is still not able to access his account on Xbox.com they might need to trouble shoot the account though this site

    windows.microsoft.com/.../id-support     . This will allow them to reset the password or any other issues with the account

    They shouldn't be allowed to let me buy a product which I can't Access. I bought Minecraft with my Microsoft Account. Now it's suddenly connected to XBOX live and I can't access it.

    Can't login to Live through my XBOX360. Can't access my account at live.xbox.com (receive an error when clicking on "My Account"). Tried downloading my gamer profile and now my gamer profile is gone too, error code 80150100.

    Looks like XBOX Live is completely ****ed.

    Parental Account Issues

    I don't have access to the Parental Account so I can't get rid of it. I can't even go into My Account at xbox.com because I need to agree to the terms and conditions, which I can't because I don't have access to the Parent Account. I have an ongoing XBox
    live Gold Membership tied to this account which I would like stopped and I can't actually do that.

    When I try to access My Account at xbox.com it says I've found a glitch and brings up an error page.

    Um, I think my tenure is broken...

    It's now saying my account can't access Xbox Live, I don't understand, did I do something wrong? I don't talk to anyone, and keep to myself, why can't I access my profile? What have I done wrong?
