CANT ACCESS MY HALO 4 SERVICE RECORDS ON THE CHROME

It happened last night; I was with my service record opened (that one with the blue screen, wiich we acess clicking on "more stastisthics") at google chrome. Then, suddenly, it only reports problem to access the account. Have even reinstalled the browser.
Didn't work.

Need help please.

Service Record faulty.

The Service Record in Halo 4 is faulty. Last night it didn't record the kill and death points for one match and tonight it didn't record the games won by 1 point.

Okay I beat Halo on legendary ( halo 4 ) and i went on halo waypoint.com and i went to my service record to see if anything had changed and i noticed that it said i had only beat it on heroic i made sure that i beat it on legendary cause at the end ( SPOILER
ALERT ) i saw johns face ( SPOILER ALERT ) i hooked it up last night to the internet so i could share my legendary acheivement on facebook and i checked again and still no legendary service record can you plz help me

I'm having a problem where I cant connect to only halo services such as halo 5 customization of my account and accessing the halo channel and I can play any other multiplayer game such as titan fall just fine. On halo 5 I cannot connect to servers and the
halo channel it says I don't have halo services and I cant read the daily message of the day and this problem has been occurring since December of 2015

I played all of MCC with a friend on co-op legendary, we played split screen on his box, he got achievements for: Complete Delta Halo, Complete The Oracle on Halo 2 and Digging up the Past: Access the Master Chief's records on Dawn on Halo 4, I didn't, yet
we did it all together. I opened the Terminal: Digging up the Past - Access the Master Chief's records - HE DIDN'T!! yet he got the achievement for it, I DIDN'T, sort it out 343.
