Can't access my gmail linked to Ultimate Pass

No, I already signed up on that account and am paying for it actively. I can’t access the account now and I can’t login to cancel it either, that’s the issue.

Hello MisterTom2, The Ultimate Game Pass is linked to the account, so is Xcloud as well.

If you created a new account that new account has no subscription, you therefore do not have Xcloud.

To be able to access it you will need to log in with your old account or subscribe to the service in the new account.

Same issue. Plus my son has been charged monthly for Ultimate Game Pass, but he can't access it. Super angry about all of this.

And that's why you can't access the game, you don't have currently a Game pass ultimate suscription active on that account
