Can't access my games!

I play the Solitaire Challenge every day. I also do Microsoft Jigsaw. Until this morning when neither game is accesible to me. Solitaire keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet, Jigsaw gives me error code 303019. I am not computer savvy and
do not have clue what all this means and what to do about it. I'm in my mid 70's and even though I'm very sharp...technology is not my thing. I just want my games back! Please help me correct this problem. BTW...I never had any problem until I signed up
for that X-Box thing yesterday. Thank you.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly try to remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

You would need to connect the console to Xbox Live at least temporarily in order to set the console as your Home console.

While we don't recommend using them for online gaming, if you have a mobile hotspot, that can work to connect the console to temporarily, just long enough to set the console as your Home console.

Yes... but you can play them offline, there is a setting that can be enabled, but can I do that from somewhere other than my pc? I spoke with someone from Xbox support 2 days ago and they told me it was possible
