Cant access my friends list or my profile. Can you please patch this in an update?

I can not access my friends list or my profile on my Xbox One at random times. The friends list says We cant show your friends right now when I click on it. When I click on my profile it says Try again soon. Not sure what happened there. (0x87c40000).
Can you please make an update that fixes this bug/glitch?

a glitch and really needs an update to patch it. Also I have run through all troubleshooting options to try and fix this myself but the problem still persists. I deleted my profile from my Xbox One and downloaded it again. It still says We cant show your
friends right now. My profile is still saying Try again soon Not sure what happened there(0x87c40000). Can someone tell me if it is a glitch or is it something wrong with my console's hardware?

 

There were some outages with XBL lately. Would you please check
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status if this happens again if there is a service problem right then?

Have you also tried to delete your profile from your Xbox and then have it downloaded again already? If not please try this. Your save games and installed games are not going to affected by this but it may fix errors in the connection between your profile
and xbl.

Unfortunately there is no support info on that error code.

The last idea I can provide is to reset your One to factory settings then. But this would include that you have to reinstall all your content, too. But that's the only thing left that I can suggest to try here.

 

I'm having the same problem and I reset my xbox to factory settings it's been like this 2 months for me now

 

Oke Im getting pised of over iT happens 2 manny times get your [Mod Removed] together Microsoft this happens every other day and really don't want to reset my Xbox one or re downl my profile I pay money for my subscription you fix it

 

I have found a solution to my problem. My router couldn't handle me switching between two different Xboxs. I just plugged my Ethernet directly into my modem and bypassed my router entirely. It has been working now for about 4 weeks so I think this is
the fix.
