Can't access my content for mw2

Pins are gone and I can't access any of my digital content.

you can't get usa region locked content out of region

you can use those ms points for any other content however egypt is not an xbox supported region

mw2 mappacks were never region locked but blackops do contain different content that is region locked

I have the Fable 2 Collectors Edition Disc and play the game fine but I can't access my Xbox 360 special content. I added the code for the Fable 2 Master Chief Armor and sword on Fable 2 launch and was able to use on the Xbox 360 but can't access it on the
Xbox One. The DLC isn't listed in the DLC menu and I can't access the Xbox One Xbox360 Emulator download history to download the content to the Xbox One.

I have the base game but when I go to the manage game and add-ons all I see are the packs for mw2 and for free access for the game and when looking for the content packs I was not able to find them. Thank you Ronnie.

You can't transfer content between accounts. If you're still using the same console you had originally downloaded the content on, or have access to the account and can do a license transfer, you can still access the content with your new account.
