Can't Access my Account

This is my new account that I made as I was not able to access my old account (XNemesisAngelX) and as you could probably guess, I'm pretty annoyed about this, now I know you need the correct information to sign in and I use the same password for everything
and wrote down the E-Mail address/password just to make sure. Whenever I signed in I would be asked to sign in with my credentials and I did, I kept on doing this every time I signed in and then one day, using the exact credentials (I ticked 'remember me')
it gave me this error code: 8015D002, I looked for fixes and it asked me to sign in with my Microsoft account which is kind of hard when I used a G-Mail account at the time to make it but I have had no luck and now I need to complain on the forums ¬-¬ problem
is, this is like the 4th account I have lost for no reason at all. Calling Microsoft Support is my last option but I'm lucky I had my back-up account ready to use for a new account ( is NemesisAngel translated into Japanese) I only want my old
account back so I can get all of my downloads, don't pay money for DLC's and limited addition games and then to lose them just because I can't sign in... Help would be appreciated.

Can't access my account

I just updated the xbox live, and now I can't open my account and I can't access any progress I made in my games, I was supposed to buy Skyrim's DLCs but now I'm mad that I can't buy them or play Skyrim with my 60lvl account... The code error is 80151015,
someone help me please!

Hey, ShukuteiEnjeru

I'm am personally sorry this is happening to you as I expect this is not fun at all. However I think this may be caused by the following:

- GMail's database was hacked recently and millions of accounts were compromised.

- Security info not completed.

- Something wrong with your Memory Unit Cache or HDD Cache.

If your Email was compromised during the hackers attack, this may be the reason why this is happening, but then again probably not.

If it is your security info on the account not finished, this could cause this to happen. Seeing you cant sign in, this could probably not be completed.

If this your HDD or MU, then go to your Settings ---> Memory ---> Then highlight or hover over your Hard Drive or Memory Unit and click Y on your controller and click clear system cache. If you have a MU and HDD then I recommend you do this with both.

I hope this helped, if these steps did not help you, wait for a Xbox Support employee to review your case or call Xbox Support.

GMail was hacked? Well I wish I found out about that sooner and it could explain why... I'll try out these solutions when I have the chance and thanks a lot

Unfortunately, a customer support advocate will not be able to help you beyond what you can do for yourself in the form. To protect your account and its content, advocates are not allowed to change account details or
send password reset links. They would only be able to walk you through the form. We recommend that you try again, up to two times per day. You may find more information or have remembered something that will help.

Since you are an Xbox user, the section of the form that asks for Xbox Live and console information is very important to get the form approved. If you have an Xbox console,
you will be asked to provide the hardware ID of a console that you’ve used frequently. Make sure you get the ID from a console you use a lot. If you recently bought a new one, try to get the hardware ID from your old console. Here’s how you can get that information:

For Xbox One, use the Xbox Live device ID.
For Xbox 360, use the Console ID.
