Can't access my account that i've had for 4 years

I'm typing off my second account.

So basically what happened was my old email got deleted for my main account. I could still always sign in, but in the last 2 months, I got a pop-up that said I needed to verify my Microsoft account. The only way I can verify it is if they send my email a code.

The problem is, the email no longer exists, so I can't get the code, so I'm stuck on the verification screen.

(I don't have a valid mobile number on the account either)

There is an option that says - "I can't verify my account", but that's useless. I type in all my info, and when I finally get a reply, it's just a link to reset my password, which is impossible when the email account has been deleted..

I have called customer support 3 times today, and no answers. Just "wait 3 hours and try again". It's been 2 months ****!

What annoys me is that Xbox live continues to take money from my Visa each month, and I don't want to have to cancel the card.

Any way to get past this verification screen so I can log in? Otherwise goodbye Microsoft, and hello Sony.

Xbox tenure incorrect

I've had this account since 2009/2010 buy for whatever reason, my profile states that I've only had it for 4 years. This is despite my account previously showing 5, any ideas why this is the case?

I've had this account for 4 years now. Looking on my account now it changed to 1 year... !?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? @_@

 

you will have to contact support by phone but it is up to you to make sure your contact info and or email is up to date sorry.

 

^ No problems. I called by phone and they couldn't help. Then I asked if they could cancel my Gold subscription, and the guy said he needed my full credit card number.

Yeah, i'm not telling a random guy on the other side of the world my credit card numbers.

Looks like I'll just have to cancel the card.

 

when asked for verification press b.this should take u to dashboard.press xbox btn and login to your profile.should skip verification process

 

I'll try explaining a bit better haha.

So I didn't log into my Xbox console for about 1 month. When I eventually turned the console back on, it said, "something's wrong with you Microsoft account. Code - 80151012"

I then went on www.xbox.com on my computer, and clicked on sign in.

This then took me to account.live.com, where I could type in my email and password.

I did that, and pressed enter. A screen then pops up that say's, Verify my account" (This is on the PC remember)

The only option I have, is to send a code to my email, which got deleted.

There is an option to contact customer support. I have done that 4 times, and all it does is send me a link to reset my password for an email that doesn't exist any more.

This probably sounds very confusing. It's a pretty stick situation haha

 

If they email is deleted (for ex. like yahoo or gmail) try and create the email again to see if that works if it does not work follow the steps it gives you on the site and do the form okay? Let me know if anything changes
