    Can't access my account settings or family features on desktop


    This has been ongoing for months. Whenever I sign into my microsoft account or I am signed in somehow but when I interact with the account settings button, I get redirected to the sign in page or told get a sign in error. This is specific to my account as I made a new one to see if it was affected too.

    Any subscriptions or blocked family features I can't change. Please someone help me, this is all on PC
