    Can't access my account - new profile instead


    Hi lads!

    In this days i'm experimenting a strange issue... I wanted to login my account on website, but my password won't work, so I proceed to recover and change password.

    Then a weird spanish mail come to my email account, with the authentication code to restore password.

    When I finally managed to enter my account... surprise!

    The gamertag is different, and I don't have any Gamerpoints (no history or any other data), but some informations in the profile are mine, like my birthday and my name... I think this could be an old account I made years ago and forgot since then, but I was
    100% sure my email address was linked with my real account (with more than 18k points), and not linked with this old one... I don't even have my console here (I moved from Ireland two months ago, and my xbox is still in Italy), so I can't even check my right
    address in there...

    I wrote a mail at support, still waiting for an answer...

    The problem is I can't even try to recover my account, 'cause my mail is linked with this one, and everything I could try will only edit this empty account...

    Any advices?

    What do you think I can do to resolve?

    Unable to access DLC's

    I've recently sold my Xbox but am now using another, on here I've downloaded my old profile which I've used to download my old DLC's. However now I want to access these on a new profile thats not connected to xbox live, but can't. From here I transferred
    the licence to my new Xbox from my old account thinking I can now access the content on my new profile, but still can't. Then I made my new profile connect to Xbox live on a silver account but still can't access the DLC's. What can I do?

    xbox box profil disappeared

    Like the title said, i can't access anymore to my xbox box profil "bpbptt". It created a new profil instead.

    I'm sure that this mail adress was the one which i created this profil.

    OMG, this made it WORSE!

    Now I can't even access my saved games!

    The I deleted the profile and re-downloaded with my email and login, but instead of my old gamertag, it was the NEW gamertag that I created! All my saves were associated with my OLD gamertag. When I try to move my saves to the new profile, it says "this
    item can't be transferred between profiles". Are you serious???? At least before, I could play offline, now all my saves are gone!

    Can't you just merge my old profile with my new one? Please help!

    Error Code 80154002

    I got the same error code of 80154002 as well. I accidentally created a new xbox live account under the wrong profile on our xbox 360 instead of my profile, and, when I went to try and change the user account linked to the profile, I get this error message.
    And I can't find anything online about it either.

    Hi Sarah. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Unfortunately, you can't transfer Xbox profiles between Microsoft account's. Your son's Xbox profile is permanently tied to your account and can't be changed to a child account.

    If you create a new Microsoft account, you'll also have to create a new Xbox profile, and his progress and purchases in games won't transfer over. This is why it's recommended to set up individual account's for children instead of letting them using your own account.
