Can't access my 360 account on my xbox one.

I used my sister's email to create my xbox 360 account and tried to access this account on my xbox one, instead it created a new account when i entered the correct email. I even changed the password for the email and it keeps saying I have to log onto the
email and verify the account but it doesn't send me the link it is suppost to. Also I tried to change my account's microsoft account to my own one but it doesn't let me it says Sorry, we can't change your microsoft account right now. Does anyone know why it
created a new account instead of giving me my 360 account?

Backwards Compatible game won't show on my Xbox One library

I can't access my digital copy of Bully Scholarship Edition on my Xbox One even though it's. BC. I bought it on Xbox 360 where it shows in my account.

First time use/setup

Hi. I've bought a day one edition for my boys a surprise for Xmas but not had a chance to test it yet. Because one of my lads already has a 360 in his room with his own gold account, I am going to set up the xbox One with his as the primary account fir the gold access as that way we can use the same gold account on his 360 and the shared Xbox one.

However, if I set the Xbox one up late one night presumably I will have to add the primary/gold account that it will use (I.e my son's) as part of the initial set up . Then I'll try it with one of the games. So by doing this, when he next uses his 360 will he see that his account had been used on an Xbox one? Obviously I don't want him to suspect there is an Xbox one in the house!!!

I have had an Xbox 360 system for years and have purchased many games and been an xbox live gold member for years. I have multiple games (approx. 50) in my xbox 360 library and have not changed my account at any point in time. When I got an xbox one I
put my account information into it so that I could access and continue with my current xbox live gold account which I have always had. The xbox one did not connect to my xbox 360 online library of games that I had purchased in the past. I figured they were
not able to be accessed because they were not compatible with the new system but have not been able to access or even view them without going to my xbox 360 account on the actual console. My dilemma is, is there anyway that I can access my xbox 360 online
library with my xbox One or even access the xbox 360 online library via computer with my online xbox account as it doesn't let me access those games either.

Is it a setting that I need to change or what gives as I can't seem to figure it out?

As if the Xbox One can't play any 360 games.

I will still want to play Halo REACH and Halo 4 as well on my 360. But I will be porting my Gold Account to the Xbox One.

You maybe able to upload your profile to the cloud. And then it maybe accessible for both. Only 1 device would most likely be able to access it at any one time, but that makes sense.

The problem is that I never linked my xbox 360 to my xbox live account, [...]. So I'm trying to link my xbox live account to my xbox 360, but all I get are error messages.

My account is linked to my xbox one without any problems, but in order to save xbox 360 game data on my xbox one, I have to download my/a xbox 360 profile, which I can't do because my profile won't connect to xbox live.

The problem is, since you used a Xbox One, your Microsoft Account is now already "occupied" with a Gamertag, so you can't use that Microsoft Account to bring your old Xbox 360 offline Gamertag online.

You COULD create a new Microsoft Account to bring your Xbox 360 account online, but you won't be able to access the savegames with your Xbox One account, as Savegames can't be transferred between accounts.

So depending on how much you already invested in your Xbox One account, you might try to bring your old Xbox 360 account online, and use that on your Xbox One, and start your Xbox One gaming history over, or you can abandon your Xbox 360 saves and just use
your old account on the Xbox One to download your previous Xbox 360 digital games, and start these over with your new Xbox One account.

Since it's not possible to merge Gamertag accounts, you will have to decide which account you wish continue to use for actual gaming, and which account you simply keep to claim license ownership for downloaded games.

I have the Fable 2 Collectors Edition Disc and play the game fine but I can't access my Xbox 360 special content. I added the code for the Fable 2 Master Chief Armor and sword on Fable 2 launch and was able to use on the Xbox 360 but can't access it on the
Xbox One. The DLC isn't listed in the DLC menu and I can't access the Xbox One Xbox360 Emulator download history to download the content to the Xbox One.
