Can't access multiplayer

Hi

After contacting 4 assistants the last one finally brought me here. So i'm here to beg you for help. Since FH3 launch i've not been able to play on the multiplayer. I've tried many of the solutions on the forza forum but none have really worked. So here
is my problem.

First of all to illustrate my problem here the message i get when i try to find a multiplayer session:



Or when i try to access any other online feature like paint, auction or anything like that. I get the message Forza Horizon 3 Servers are not available. Please try later.

And the last thing i can say is that in the Xbox App my Server Connection seems to be blocked whenever FH3 is open... (that's my theory)

Hoping you can help me and that i've been clear.

Hi, i have an error ( 0x87b20c08 ) and he blocks access the xbox live functionality. I can't create Live party, and can't join the party. My game offers me access only the solo i can't join the multiplayer.

I'm been connected to Xbox live but not accès on multiplayer or functionality.

 

All friends appearing offline

Yup, same issue here. Now can't get any Store access or multiplayer either.

Well apart this pop up screen in game after not finding the game i do not get any messages.

I'm on a Windows 10 Computer

I sadly have no other xbox type game but i surely have some others that perfectly work. Such as: The Division, WoT, LoL, Battlefield 4.

And my PC is wired up to the router.

When running the troubleshooter it found an issue in windoes store cache. it says it could have been compromised (endommagé in french) .

 

Let's manually reset Windows Store. Here are the steps:

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the
   Run dialog box.
2. Type WSReset.exe and click OK.
3. The Store and a command prompt will now open with any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.

After resetting the Windows Store, proceed with the steps on how to check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store. Search if there are any updates available for the game.

So i've done what u asked and now i see that all my games are updates (which i think were already). I've tried running the troubleshooter after the small manipulation you asked and stills says that the cache is corrupted... :c

I won't be able to answer for the next week since i'm going on holidays. Hopefully we can keep going on with this thread when i come back !!
