cant access minecraft online

I understand you're having trouble accessing Minecraft multiplayer on your kids' accounts.

I cant access my worlds for minecraft for two weeks now. Tried syncing that doesnt work.

Minecraft: Java Edition is NOT required to be updated to access online features. QED

Went to the websit nothing was wrong with my settings and still i cant play minecraft online
