    Can’t access Minecraft Marketplace on NS


    I was wondering if anyone could offer some assistance?

    All of a sudden my son cannot access the Minecraft Marketplace on the Nintendo Switch.

    If he logs into Minecraft on my Xbox he can access it all fine. So it is a Nintendo Switch/Minecraft issue.

    Things I have tried:

    Clear Marketplace cache.

    Sign out and in again.

    Switch to local profile and back to online

    clear profile data and Microsoft account data.

    Re-link accounts via aka.ms/remoteconnect

    Checked and disabled all parental control both on Nintendo account and MS family account.

    Again this was working up until about 2 weeks ago.

    Can’t work out how to get it working for my son again. Any help is appreciated.

    Still can’t download marketplace content in Minecraft.

    I am able to download stuff from the Microsoft store. It’s only Minecraft marketplace I can’t download anything.

    I recently updated my microsoft email from an old one to a new one and now i can only play offline games and i can’t access the store to purchase new games, can someone help me

    I also didn’t say that for example on minecraft or nba2k i can only play by myself no friends can join and i can’t buy vc or get on the minecraft marketplace please help

    If I buy a game on my xbox am I able to play it on my pc as well?

    No to the third quesrion

    Steam does NOT support play anywhere

    You must buy from the ns store or xbox store to use it on xbox or pc

    Since steam is a completely different marketplace
