cant access Microsoft support name and surname greyed out

I can't sign is as keeps asking for security code showing old number, I've updated this on my account but it still shows old number so I can't sign in or play games as the security page can't be bypassed

Xbox support chat won't start.

I am having the same issue. Microsoft are trying to sort it out, but my Microsoft account and billing details are all complete and it still doesn't allow me to use on line support - the first name and surname fields are greyed out so I cannot submit a support
request online.

Can anyone help been trying for two days to contact support via chat and the first name surname fields are always greyed out so it won't let me start the chat?

i live in ireland and cant access live chat (it asks for my first name and surname but I cant get in to type it in and it wont allow me to continue without my name!!), dont have a twitter account.

have the same problem as darkishlime.

what to do. any other email address i can send to?
