    Can't access Microsoft games?


    Why can't I access any of the Microsoft games I purchased. I played them 2 days ago now can't access. I get a message to install game to activate. But get an error message code 0xc03f300d" & another message " Need t0 sign into your Microsoft acct. which
    I cant sign in?

    Also 1 of the games gave me a message touninstall the game go back to Microsoft store & download? But after I uninstalle it well now I can't reinstall or download it. Message must have payment option, which I have & it shows the acct info right in myprofile.
    I just paid for another year for Jigsaw & 2 other games which I can't get into play.

    Anyone have any advise. I am so mad. cause yesterday I couldn't sign in but was able to get into the game without any of my challenges & points etc showing.

    Help me if you have the same problem

    My solitaire collection/daily challenge all of a sudden became inaccessible. I deleted it, now I can't download it, as my computer maybe noncompatible. What gives?

    I'm not sure why you got no answer to your question, but I can't get my Microsoft games to even open.

    Hi, thank you for the reply.

    The problem here is that the account was created specifically to buy minecraft, so it seems like the info i have
    (including the credit card that was used) isn't enough to make it work.

    Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

    Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps
