Can't access Microsoft Game Store on Xbox One

I can't access any game on the microsoft game store through Xbox one, i just keep getting a message that says try again later. Its been over a week. This is preventing me from getting content needed in order to play games, like the Data Pack 1 download
for Modern Warfare. I'm currently locked out of 75% of this game now because I can't access a necessary free download. Anyone else having this problem?

Unfortunately i have done extensive troubleshooting and nothing has helped. i have power cycled btoh the xbox, and my modem. i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game numerous times. i have factory reset the xbox numerous times as well, nothing
is working. I need further assistance, can anybody help?

There were a few others having this issue on Twitter, doing a power cycle of the console seemed to fix the issue for a lot of them. Hopefully that can help in your case too. Follow the guide at this link for step by step instructions on how to power cycle

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

In which store did you get the game? coz if it's Microsoft store then you can't get access to files
