    Can't Access Messages on Windows 10 App or website


    For some strange reason every time I try to open my my messages on PC, whether through the site or in the app, there is an error. All messages on Xbox One work. My friend used his account on my PC and it worked. Xbox Support on Twitter suggested I delete
    my messages on the Xbox One. I did but there is a system message that is impossible to delete. When I try it kicks me out of the message options and back to the side bar.

    Would love some help with this so I can use messaging through websites for finding groups. Thanks!

    Can you check to see if messages are working via the Xbox app on Windows 10? Or maybe the Xbox app via Android or iOS? As the error says "Try again later." it might be a temporary issue with the website. If you're messages are still on your account, they
    should resolve that on the website sometime.

    That doesn't matter. True, they are installed and managed by the Game Pass Beta app, but the games still install to the same hidden Windows Apps folder as standard Windows 10 apps.

    To gain access you need to change some simple admin privileges.

    Hi, I received a message on my Xbox that I was invited to the Xbox Preview Program but I think I lost the message, I can't find it.

    When searching for the app I can't seem to find it in the store either.

    On Windows 10 Xbox App I can still see the message but can't tell the app to open the message on my Xbox One.
