    Can't access installed dlc when game is not installed


    I recently uninstalled the Dead Rising 3 game (physical copy) from my Xbox One console since I needed HDD space. I own all Dead Rising 3 dlc which I did not uninstall because I figured I would return to playing Dead Rising 3 again soon. However, I am now
    nearly out of HDD space again, so I wish to also uninstall all Dead Rising 3 dlc, but I can't seem to find anywhere to access and manage my dlc when the game is not installed; Dead Rising 3 is not listed in My Games & Apps and if I go to the individual dlc
    in the store it says they are installed, but I have no option to uninstall. What to do?

    I suppose I could install the full game, then uninstall all dlc, and then uninstall the full game, but this can hardly be the intended design of how XB1 HDD management is supposed to work. In my current case it would be even worse since I don't have HDD
    space to install the full game, so I would need to uninstall some other game, then install Dead Rising 3, then uninstall Dead Rising 3 dlc and game, and then re-install the game I first uninstalled.

    Please tell me there is some other way of simply uninstalling the dlc I wish to uninstall.

    P.S. Imagine having downloaded dlc for a game you don't own because it was on sale or free or whatever and you thought of maybe buying the game later, and then deciding not to buy the game anyway. That would leave you stuck with useless dlc that could only
    be deleted by doing a reset to factory settings. Pretty serious, especially concidering the extremely small amount of HDD space available in an Xbox One console.

    Same problem. I purchased the season pass, game says the dlc is installed, but I can't access any dlc content in game.

    Xbox one - sniper elite 4 one dlc missing

    Make sure you have installed the DLC, go to the gamer tile, and then go to settings (on the controller) to manage the game.

    Manage the game, and check you have installed the DLC, most times people have not installed the DLC to be able to access it.

    Xbox one - sniper elite 4 one dlc missing

    Make sure you have installed the DLC, go to the gamer tile, and then go to settings (on the controller) to manage the game.

    Manage the game, and check you have installed the DLC, most times people have not installed the DLC to be able to access it.

    Hi Tali,

    I did not own Injustice 2, however I do have access to it with the Game Pass (I didn't install it prior to buying the bundle though). I can install it and run it just fine, I just can't access any of the DLC characters.

    There is nothing waiting to be installed. All of this was bought when the the game first came out. The wasteland workshop says it isn't owned. But I purchased all of the dlcs for the game. All of them are installed but the game says "not installed". I
    can't uninstall the dlcs because it is showing I would have to purchase them all again.

    Yep. I can download all the content, installed both BF4 and BF4 Premium. Can play BF4 and DLC maps, and even says BF4 Premium in the game title.menu. when you go to play premium games, it says to pay for premium and won't work. Seen online others with the
    same issue.

    When contacting EA, they said they can't see I'm a.premium member and Battlelog shows me as just a regular member as well. Essentially, when you install premium from Access, all the content is available, But EA can't see the entitlements on their end, so
    you can't access premium service.
