Can't access hard drive game content after changing live account

I've been using an Xbox 360. A family member of mine recently got an Xbox one and used the same xbox live account for both consoles, but when he changed the gamertag of the same account on the Xbox one, the 360 would not let me log into it. I have made my
own xbox live account and have logged in. Somehow, I can access the games that were previously saved to the console but all the data saved on the hard drive is completely gone. Since it was saved to the console, I don't understand why it's all gone.

Will I lose my DLC licenses if I reformat my hard drive?

I believe my hard drive needs reformatting because it takes a long time to load the dashboard and sometimes freezes when the hard drive is installed, but it works fine without it, but I have a problem, I have three profiles on my xbox.

Account One - Silver account I don't care about. - Have access to

Account Two - Gold account I use frequently. - Have access to

Account Three - Silver account I have lost the email/password/all details for - No access to

The problem is Account Three used to be my main account, I downloaded over $200 worth of DLC and I can't redownload it because I can't find out any of the information to reset the password as it was created a long time ago.

What I plan to do is transfer all the DLC data & gamer profiles to my external hard drive then reformat the xbox hard drive then transfer the DLC data & gamer profiles back onto the xbox hard drive, will this work or will it remove the content licenses off
of the xbox from Account Three? The DLC from Account Three was purchased on the console I am currently using.

 

Eso plus not enabling

Eso plus is not enabling after sub is paid. Keeps changing from inactive to active and now back to inactive. Sub was paid on 6/29 and has cleared my bank. Shows active on xbox live console and in microsoft account page. Just not active in game and can no
longer access content.

 

Game saves are limited to the gamertag they were originally created for and cannot be moved to other gamertags. Also, you should only use your own gamertag for playing online. Using someone else's tag is not only against the ToU and CoC of the Live service
but could cause all kinds of problems for the original holder of the tag.
