Can't Access GFWL Download History

I have been having this issue for several weeks now. I've found comments across different sites like Steam, True Achievement, and XboxAchievements that indicate others are having this issue as well. We would all really appreciate your help. I can log
into GFWL services with my physical games, but need the client in order to redownload all of my digital purchases. I try to log in and get the same message while it tries to sync my account
"There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again later."

I have been trying everything I can find online for suggestions to fix this and nothing has worked:

• I have tried running compatibility modes.
• Running as administrator.
• Deleting and reinstalling the client.
• I've granted it access through firewall and even tried with my firewall completely disabled.
  
• Ensured everything on my system was up to date (including my router and modem)
• Rebooting computer and all internet hardware

Again, I'd really appreciate your help. Let me know if you'd like me to try anything else or message you any details about my machine that might help. I will even call in if it helps, but would prefer to have a direct line to somebody. Calling support
for GFWL issues gets me nowhere. Last time I spent 4 hours on the phone getting transferred around since GFWL support is pretty nonexistent these days.

Batman Archam city Code redemtion

Sounds like he's using the GFWL platform for the Batman game so I don't know if the xbox download history will work here. Check your GFWL download history to see if the downloads are there.

So, when will we be able to download our purchased gfwl games again?

Or even see our purchase history?

 

This is my issue too. Support, please help us!

 

[UPDATE] This issue seems to be resolved now. I did absolutely nothing different. I have been trying the app every day to no avail. Tried again this evening and it seems to be working fine.
