    Can't access Games With Gold despite being Gold Member


    Hello,

    Anyone else has this problem? Whenever I tried to access the Games With Gold, I only get a "There was a a problem accessing this page" or something similar. No error code or anything. It's been so for two weeks. I live in Stockholm, Sweden.

    When testing the Xbox Live Service everything is fine, NAT Open etc.

    im a Gold member but on the website i can't access the gold feature with xbox live rewards gold features or messaging xbox friends from the site

    gold games for x box 360?????

    Many thanks to everyone who has assisted ; I have now managed to access the gold games with your help and now appear to be a gold member!!

    Now my second question if anyone can help..

    I have tried to access other apparent perks of being a gold member ie national geographic tv channel for children and Netflix; Am I right in thinking that these are not free and need to be subscribed to even as a gold member

    the Contact Us page for further assistance. It is possible that the support agent may have to remove Xbox Live Gold from your accounts and re-add it.

    @Cryzz00 - Your account is not reflecting Xbox Live Gold status here on the forums so please double check that you do have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.
