    For days now, my Xbox one has been dropping me from the network and forcing me to pick my router and reenter my password.

    Finally, today, I received an E200 error code. I power cycled and restarted and no error code. However, I cannot access anything. No game files will load. Netflix won't boot. I cannot access my profile or my subscription options. I checked system updates,
    but it says there is nothing available. I'm stuck. I don't know what to do.

    Thanks Hassassinade. I checked my system storage and it was showing that my profile is corrupt. I'll delete and recover it to see if that solves it.

    Hello,

    Can you please check your XBOX 360's Storage Device to make sure there are no corrupt or damaged profiles? If there something corrupt then you will need to delete it and then re-download your profile.

    See if this solves your issue.

    For some reason, I have absolutely no internet service even if the Xbox says everything is fine. I CAN access my games offline. But that still isn't acceptable to me since many of my games require online not to mention my gold member status (I paid for this
    service I can no longer use).

    Hello,

    Hey there FrEaKlOl, I don't know if you're in the beta program or not, but this thread I found seems pretty similar.

    Other steps I have found seem to be related to a Games for Windows LIVE issue (Error 0x8007065B) which seems to indicate a problem with the network firewall.

    I do have a few steps I can recommend though. First, clear the system cache on your console, if you are using a wireless internet connection, switch over to wired via ethernet cable if possible, then go into your "Gamer Profiles" folder in your storage settings,
    delete your profile (profile only), and then re-download your profile.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft account. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    This is quite an odd case, I've also received a similar issue recently. This could be a temporary issue with the server.

    For us to isolate the case, kindly try to access your account using different browsers, devices, and even Network services.

    Also:

    Disable any extensions or try incognito or in-private browsing.

    Disconnect from VPN/Proxy servers if you have.

    Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.

    Please take your time and let me know if it works.
